The spacer (3) which is rigid against bending in the penetration direction is for penetrating the insulating layer (8). At one end the distance holder part defines a flat face side for support on the spacer and at the other end has a fixture rigidly connected with the spacer, which engages an anchor (12) fitted on the support spacer. The spacer has stiffened parallel ribs and the fixture part is a support plate. The support plate has a flat fixture surface parallel to the face side. The ribs are of one-piece construction with the support plate and made of a corrosion-proof material.
