The invention concerns a cooling pump with multistage absorption operating on a ternary mixture comprising a single-stage separator (100) consisting of a desorbing unit (130) and a condenser (110, 120), and a three-stage mixer (200) each stage comprising an evaporator (210, 220, 230) and an absorber (310, 320, 330). The single stage of the separator (100) and the three stages of the mixer (200) define four loops (10, 20, 30, 40) for circulating the working mixture in liquid form, the first loop (10) constituting an open circuit connecting the condenser (110, 120) to the evaporator (210) of the first stage, the second and third loops (20, 30) constituting closed circuits connecting the absorber (310, 320) of a stage to the evaporator (220, 230) of the next stage and the fourth loop (40) constituting a closed circuit connecting the absorber (330) of the third stage to the desorbing unit (130). Means for automatic adjustment are provided in the different loops (10, 20, 30, 40) for controlling the means (18, 28, 38; 19, 29, 39) for selective switching between the different successive loops for correcting during the operation possible positive or negative fluctuations of the flow rate and of the concentration of the working mixture in liquid phase. |
