<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test disk in which a projection part does not fall off from a disk main body or a center piece part by secular change and angle adjustment after joining the disk main body and a center piece is capable. <P>SOLUTION: The disk main body is 1, the projection part integrally molded with the disk main body 1 is 2, though the projection part 2 is made into rectangle, it is no problem to be formed in an arbitrary shape in consideration of the shape of a turn table to be attached. The disk main body 1 holds a predetermined angle to the turn table 5 by attaching the test disk so that the projection part 2 integrally molded with the disk main body 1 contacts with the turn table 5 on a disk motor 4.
