SOLUTION: A state change data preparing means 1 prepares state change data concerning the change of a contact state by monitoring the state of a contact inputted from a plant 103. A monitoring device network I/F means 2 performs the multicast transmission of prepared state change data through a network 102 to plural computers 101. A computer network I/F means 10 inputs/outputs data including the state change data with a trip sequence monitoring device 100 through the network l02. A trip sequence log preparing means 11 prepares a trip sequence log from the state change data inputted through the network 102 and stores it in a log file 12.
