<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain palatable drinking water of good quality while holding the beneficial points of ocean deep water by subjecting ocean deep water to desalting treatment to set the electric conductivity of the treated water to a range of a predetermined value. SOLUTION: For example, ocean deep water (raw seawater) at the Muroto Point of Kochi Prefecture is pretreated by filtering or the like to be subjected to desalting treatment in a main head 1 to obtain first transmitted water which is, in turn, guided to a first mixing device 3 and mixed with a part of raw seawater to form first treated water of which the electric conductivity is about 200μS/cm and this treated water is taken out to a storage tank 23. The first transmitted water is distributed and supplied to a follower head 2 and an intermediate mixing device 5. The follower head 2 performs desalting treatment to compensate the functional insufficiency of the main head 1 and the second transmitted water from the follower head is mixed with the first transmitted water untreated in the intermediate mixing device 5 to be sent into a second mixing device 6 and the mixed water is treated so as to become electric conductivity of about 200μS/cm to be taken out to a storage tank 23. The formed treated water in the storage tank 23 is mixed and stirred to be controlled so that electric conductivity becomes about 220μS/cm.</p> |
