PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device in a bathing device for a wheelchair which makes warning, e.g. when a cart part does not exist at a prescribed position outside a bathtub when leaving the bath with a riding seat part carried in and fixed to the inside of the bathtub. SOLUTION: The bathing device 10 for a wheelchair carrying and fixing only the riding seat part of the wheelchair 1, which consists of the cart part 3 and the riding seat part 4 for mounting a bathing person, in and to a riding seat fixing position 'A' in the bathtub and fixing the cart part to a cart fixing position 'B' at a bottom outside the bathtub to wait is provided with a riding seat sensing means S1 of the part 3 carried and fixed in and to the inside of the bathtub 10 and provided with a cart sensing means S2 of the part 4 fixed to the bottom outside the bathtub to wait. When the means S2 of the cart party emits an absence signal Eo during the means S1 of the part 3 senses a presence signal E1, a warning signal is originated by the safety device 50. |
