摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phototransmission device between a rotary body and a fixed body which can be easily applied to large-capacity and high-speed transmission by effectively reducing the number of light emitting devices for achieving reduction of power consumption, improvement in reliability, and cost reduction. SOLUTION: In this phototransmission device between the rotary body 11 and the fixed body for transmitting data as an optical beam between the rotary body 11 and the fixed body 12 facing each other, a light emitting device 13 to send an optical beam in accordance with the data to be transmitted is disposed at a first radial position on the rotary body 11, and a light receiving element 14 to receive the optical beam from the light emitting device 13 is disposed at a second radial position on the fixed body 11. A sector-shaped light guide member 15 comprising transparent material positioned between the rotary body 11 and the fixed body 12 is fixed on the fixed body 12, and after the optical beam from the light emitting device 13 is reflected by a first reflection surface 16 formed on an arc part of the light guide member 15, it is reflected by a second reflection surface 17 formed at a base end part of the optical guide member 15 to be introduced to the light receiving element 14.</p>
