<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for a work capable of reducing the cutting loss of the work and obtaining a beautiful cut face. SOLUTION: This cutting device includes a first annular member fixed to a rotary shaft having the center eccentric to the axis of the rotary shaft, a bearing with its inner race fixed to the first annular member, a disk cutter fixed to the outer race of the bearing, and a balancer fixed to the rotary shaft eccentrically in the opposite direction to the eccentric direction of the first annular member.</p> |
