PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that, since the conventional camera cannot display a photographed scene compensated by a compensation function possessed by the camera, it cannot be easily clarified how much effect would be made on a final print-out image by the compensation. SOLUTION: In the case that a compensation function of the camera such as an exposure compensation for a scene wherein an object is photographed against the light works to provide a compensation on the image to be taken on a film, both the compensated and original images are displayed to allow the clarification of not only the composition but also the compensation effect.
