PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra fine fiber-dispersed nonwoven fabric in which the extent of the mutual adhesion of the ultra fine fibers is low, to provide a method for producing the same, to provide a device for producing the same, and to obtain a sheet material containing the ultra fine fiber-dispersed nonwoven fabric. SOLUTION: The ultra fine fiber-dispersed nonwoven fabric is characterized by containing the ultra fine fibers having a fiber diameter of <=4μm and a fiber length of <=3 mm in the dispersed state and has adhered materials in an adhesion amount of <=0.5 mass %. The method for producing the ultra fine fiber-dispersed nonwoven fabric is, characterized by comprising a process for blowing out the aggregate of the ultra fine fibers from a nozzle into air by the action of a compressed gas to divide the aggregate into the ultra fine fibers and disperse the ultra fine fibers, a process for accumulating the dispersed ultra fine fibers to form the fiber web, and a process for binding the formed fiber web.
