PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve opening/closing device capable of shortening the labor and time required to make the opening/closing operations of a valve while a rotating operation by a handle is made possible and allowing the operator to perform the opening/closing operations safely. SOLUTION: A coupling shaft 22 is coupled with an input shaft 21 mounted on a valve operating mechanism 11 of the valve opening/closing device, and a connection hole 22b is provided for connecting the driving shaft 31 of a rotary tool 3 with the coupling shaft 22, and a radial bearing 6 is interposed between the base part 41 of the handle 4 and the coupling shaft 22, and a pin inserting hole 9 and a pin 8 are provided for engaging together the handle 4 and the input shaft 21 in the circumferential direction, and the pin inserting hole 9 and the connection hole 22b are arranged as having communication in intersection perpendicularly. The operation from the handle 4 is made possible in the condition that the pin 8 is inserted into the pin inserting hole 9 and the handle 4 and the input shaft 21 are put in pin engagement in the circumferential direction, followed by drawing-off of the pin 8 from the hole 9, and the handle 4 will not turn together with the coupling shaft 22 when operation is made with the rotary tool 3 in the condition that the handle 4 and the input shaft 21 are released from pin engagement.
