<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image encoding data distribution system for preventing concentration of image coding data with a large data amount at a host terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A participating terminal and a host terminal have each processing unit 9, a processing unit 11, and a processing unit 10, respectively. The processing unit 9 outputs control information 4-7 to the processing unit 11, and control information 4-6 to the processing unit 10. When the terminal is the one, which is located as an active terminal or a ring termination, the processing unit 11 adds intrinsic information to transmission image coding data 4-5 fed from the inside based on the control information 4-7. When the terminal is a non-active terminal, the processing unit 11 transmits RTP image packet data 4-3 directly as each transmission RTP image packet data 4-4. When the transmission RTP image packet data 4-1 is input, the processing unit 10 compares the intrinsic data with the control information 4-6 and outputs to the inside received image coding data 4-2 in which the intrinsic information is removed from the received RTP image packet data. At the same time the processing unit 10 determines whether the received RTP image packet data are transmitted again or not, and when the data are transmitted again, the RTP image packet data are formed by updating the intrinsic data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
