<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell equipped with a conductive separator board free from erosion or dissolution of a metal plate even with use for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive separator board is made of a conductive coating with an anti-oxidation property coating partial or a whole surface facing to a metal plate and either an anode or a cathode, and includes a diffusion layer diffusing a conductive coating material on an interface part with the metal plate and the conductive coating.
