An automatic smoking vehicle reading system is provided to read and determinate smoke of a vehicle and send a notice or warning message, based on a result of analysis, to a car owner who has a car emitting the smoke higher than the standard value. An automatic smoking vehicle reading system comprises: a vehicle detector(2) reading existence of a vehicle; one or more cameras(3) which photograph the vehicle number plate and the amount of emitted smoke; a data processing part which carries out comparison operation, for the standard value or image processing, by converting a photographed image into data and selects the data to transfer to an operating server; an on-site processing part(10) which includes a database storing the processed data; a communication network(20) transmitting the converted digital data and photographing information; an operation server which remotely controls the on-site processing part, selects a class and inquires a car register list with the received data from the on-site processing part; and a center operation part(30) including an output part for delivering the result to the car owner.
