SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING 3-D ANIMATION USING POP-UP BOOK

A video providing system using a pop-up book is provided to implement the content of the pop-up book as a video by connecting the pop-up book with a display device, and change a story according to a selected character, thereby taking various developments with the same book and improving interest about a book. A pop-up book includes various characters who is selectable by a user, automatically detects character selection information and page information, provides a captured image according to the selection of a photo album function, and expresses the characters and a thing in 3D(Three-Dimensional). A storage medium(300) stores video data about the pop-up book and the story changed according to the selected character as video data. A display apparatus(240) extracts page information detected by operating with the pop-up book or a story corresponding to each of the selected characters from the storage medium, displays the extracted information and story with a video on a screen, captures a screen displayed on the screen, and transmits the captured screen to the pop-up book.
