<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric actuator which has a simple structure and can be miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric actuator includes a first piezoelectric element 32 which is polarized in a first direction and can be shifted in the direction almost perpendicular to the first direction, a second piezoelectric element 34 which is polarized in a direction almost parallel with the first direction and can be shifted in the direction almost parallel with the first direction, and a relatively movable member 22 which is cramped by a shift of the first piezoelectric element 32 and is moved relatively by a shift of the second piezoelectric element 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
