PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of noise from a shackle even if vibratory pile-driving work is carried out in a state that the shackle is left as it is fitted to a pile by improving the shackle as an auxiliary tool for piling work. SOLUTION: A hanging plate 7 is welded to the pile, and a pin 11a for the shackle is inserted into a hanging hole 6 formed at the hanging plate and connected. Since there is a clearance (a looseness) between the hanging hole 6 and the pin 11a, noise is generated from the shackle in the case of vibratory pile driving. Accordingly, a pushing member 9 is configured, the pushing member 9 is abutted against the edge of the hanging plate 7, and an elastic ring 12 is stretched between the pushing member 9 and the pin 11a and both the members are urged so as to be pulled between each other.
