PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic panel capable of easily and arbitrarily changing the reflecting characteristics of an acoustic wave. SOLUTION: This acoustic panel comprises a panel frame body 10, a reflector 20 which exhibits a rubber elasticity and the peripheral edge of which is supported by the panel frame body 10, and a pressing means 30 which is arranged on the backside of the reflector 20 so as to press the reflector 20 in a pressure-variable manner toward the side of an acoustic source. Thus, the acoustic wave can be hardly reflected when a pressing force applied by the pressing means 30 is small, and can be easily reflected when the pressing force is great.
