<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the application format of battery capacity in the case of selectively using a plurality of functions. <P>SOLUTION: Under the control of a power supply control function 12c of each mode which is installed in a control part 12A, capacity stored in a battery 16 is divided into first capacity and second capacity and the first capacity and the second capacity are respectively allocated to a mobile communication mode and a camera mode to use the mobile communication mode and the camera mode in the allocated first and 2nd capacity ranges. The allocation rates of the first capacity and the second capacity can be changeably set in accordance with user's input operation.
