PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a home security monitor and report management. SOLUTION: The system for the home security monitor and report management, which is applied to a communication network, links to a network monitor apparatus in monitor environment via an information processing platform provided on a network server side while processing and storing a monitor event message extracted by the network monitor apparatus and then generating a corresponding report message. On the other hand, a user having passed authorization/authentication has a link to the information processing platform via a communication terminal so as to receive a report message from the information processing platform and to perform management and maintenance of user authorization/authentication data. Alternatively, the user turns on or off a link selectively between the network monitor apparatus and the information processing platform so as to obtain environmental monitor message data.
