The device has two rings (2, 3), and rolling units (4) disposed axially between the two rings. An intermediate support ring (5) is provided to be axially interposed between one of the two rings and another rolling unit. The intermediate support ring is in contact with an oblique surface of the ring (2) and is adapted to a swiveling movement in contact with the ring (2). An independent claim is also included for an exhaust gas recirculation valve actuator of an internal combustion engine.
