PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ebullient cooling device that keeps satisfactory circulation of refrigerant. SOLUTION: The ebullient cooling device 1 includes: a heat receiving part 21 wherein a heating element 2 is provided and which has a refrigerant inside; a condensing part 22 which is communicated with the heat receiving part 21 and condenses the refrigerant boiled by heat from the heating element Z, and a refrigerant circulation part 23 which is communicated with the heat receiving part 21 and the condensing part 22 and wherein the refrigerant condensed in the condensing part 22 flows in and the refrigerant is supplied to the heat receiving part 21.
