PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make compatible both stability in mounting a power source and easiness in work in mounting and demounting the power source disposed in a control box even in an environment that vibration is generated in transportation and the like. SOLUTION: This control box for the refrigerating device includes a controller 20 for controlling the operation of each electric device for refrigerating and the power source 70 storing electric power supplied to the controller 20, and the power source 70 is disposed in a position on a bottom face 140b of the housing 140 at a lower part of the controller 20, and fixed to the bottom face 140b by a hook-and-loop fastener 71.
