PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image determining system for easily determining the reliability of a photographed image. SOLUTION: The image determining system comprises: an imaging section 7; a position information acquisition section 6 acquiring the position information of the imaging section 7; a ground bird's-eye view image creation section 11 clipping a prescribed ground image corresponding to the position information acquired by the position information acquisition section 6 from a ground image recorded in a recording section; a comparison section 12 acquiring a first feature part shown in the photographed image photographed by the imaging section 7 and acquiring a second feature part shown in the prescribed ground image; and a reliability determining section 13 calculating the degree of coincidence between the first and the second feature parts acquired by the comparison section 12 and, when the degree of coincidence is within a prescribed range, determining that the photographed image is the image photographed at the location during photographing.
