PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drive assistance system, drive assistance method and drive assistance program capable of performing a suspension control in relation to a difference in level of a control object according to a degree of awakening of a driver. SOLUTION: A control system 1 performs the suspension control when a vehicle passes the difference in level. In the control system 1, the degree of awakening of the driver is detected, a level value according to the degree of awakening is set, whether or not the difference in level of the control object is detected is determined. The control system 1 is provided with a navigation computer 10 for deciding whether or not the suspension control is executed according to the level value when the difference in level is detected in front of the vehicle.
