PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which is balanced in weight and is hardly inclined.SOLUTION: The image display device includes a light source part 43 which emits laser light, a drawing part 35 which reflects the laser light to a mirror and rotates the mirror, to perform drawing, a half mirror 3 which reflects the laser light, to form a virtual image, a moving part which interlockingly moves the drawing part 35 and the half mirror 3, an imaging apparatus 12 which detects the line-of-sight of an observer 8 observing the virtual image, and a control part 17 which controls the moving part according to the movement of the line-of-sight. The half mirror 3 includes a right mirror 3a which displays the virtual image for the right eye of the observer 8 and a left mirror 3b which displays the virtual image for the left eye of the observer 8. The moving part includes a mirror moving part 9 which moves the right mirror 3a and the left mirror 3b and the centroid of the mirror moving part 9 is located between the right mirror 3a and the left mirror 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
