PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility management system which can process information on facility management over multiple work items.SOLUTION: A facility management system includes: a storage unit which stores integration items related to work on a facility in association with work items identifying the work, stores work codes in association with the work items, and stores information indicating an implementation plan or an achievement of the work; an implementation-plan producing unit which identifies an integration item corresponding to the work item associated with the work code in accordance with a predetermined instruction designating the work code by reference to the storage unit, and produces an implementation plan as data containing the implementation plan or the achievement for each work item corresponding to the work code, in association with the identified integration item; a cost calculation unit which calculates a cost of the integration item corresponding to the work item for which the work has been implemented on the basis of the implementation plan; and an output unit which outputs the implementation plan and the calculated cost in association with the work code in a predetermined form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
