PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile system capable of performing a status control of a facsimile transmission status on a server for each scanned user in a mechanism of performing facsimile transmission of data generated by scanning with a compound machine.SOLUTION: A status control of a facsimile transmission status is performed for each scanned user by specifying a management folder using user's authentication information used at a time of scanning with a compound machine to manage a transmission result in the management folder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
