PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like member capable of improving the heat radiation efficiency by enhancing thermal conductivity among the sheet-like member, an electronic component and a heat dissipation member.SOLUTION: A sheet-like member 22 includes: a structure bundle 24 formed of plural carbon nanotubes 26; and a resin filler 28 which has an adhesiveness and is filled between the carbon nanotubes 26 forming the structure bundle 24.
