PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module capable of improving strength against a shearing load of a middle plate while securing insulation between a battery cell and a connection member.SOLUTION: A battery module comprises: an array body 15 having a plurality of battery cells 11 arrayed; an elastic member 31 arrayed on one side of the array body 15 in an array direction D; a pair of end plates between which the array body 15 and elastic member 31 are sandwiched; a resin-made middle plate 61 arranged between the array body 15 and elastic member 31; and a metallic connection member 51 connecting the pair of end plates to each other. The middle plate 61 is provided with a through hole 65 that the connection member 51 penetrates, and a metallic collar 71 is inserted into the through hole 65.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
