PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having excellent foaming properties and sufficient printability as well, a resin sheet, a laminate sheet and foam wallpaper.SOLUTION: Foam wallpaper includes a substrate and a foam resin layer provided on the substrate. The resin composition of the present invention is used to form the foam resin layer, including a filler, a foaming aid and a resin component. The foaming aid includes a composite of a fatty acid zinc salt and one or more fatty acid metal salts other than the fatty acid zinc salt.SELECTED DRAWING: None
