PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding which effectively suppresses various kinds of sleep disorder and facilitates adjustment for obtaining such an effect with a simple structure by optimizing a relation between a pillow and a mattress.SOLUTION: Bedding is provided with a pillow and a mattress. The pillow 1 includes a body the surface of which is flat, and a detachable spacer which is attached to the body so as to fill a gap in the cervical spine arc at the back of the neck when a user adjusts the height of the body and places her (his) head on the spacer on her (his) back. The mattress is structured so that at least separated four blocks 20 to 24 for supporting a head part region, a shoulder part region, a buttock part region and a leg part region in the longitudinal direction are housed in a housing body. The block 21 of the shoulder part region is softer than the block 20 of the head part region and the block 22 of the buttock part region, and allows an upper arm part to sink from the shoulder when the user turns sideways.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
