PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mesh-like conductor which improves invisibility of a heating wire, causes less disconnection and is good in adhesion with glass.SOLUTION: A mesh-like conductor 40 used for a heating plate that generates heat with an application of a voltage has a pattern defining a plurality of opening regions 44 by a conductive thin wires 41 that are made of a metal material, and is provided with a rust-proof layer 42 comprising zinc on at least one surface of each of the conductive thin wires.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
