摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a power storage element having high quality, and a manufacturing method for a power storage device having high quality.SOLUTION: Keyhole welding is performed on an overlap site between first and second members of metal by a laser so that a welding mark extends linearly. Subsequently, thermal conduction welding is performed by a laser so that a welding mark extends linearly, thereby forming a welded portion 50 which continuously extends so as to surround a predetermined area. The welded portion 50 has a first site 51 formed by the welding mark of the keyhole welding, and a second site 52 formed by the welding mark based on the thermal conduction welding. An end portion which is an end portion at the second site 52 side of the welded portion and contains a welding mark formed finally in the welded portion 50 is overlapped with the first site 51, and the second site 52 contains at least the finally formed welding mark.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
