PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid flow-rectification member of a structure in which, by adjusting the density of a ceramic fiber, the weight increase is suppressed and the surface strength is sufficient.SOLUTION: A fluid flow-rectification member 10A includes a cylindrical portion 20A surrounding the central axis CL; the cylindrical portion 20A includes a supporting member composed of an inner layer ceramic fiber layer 22 and an outermost layer ceramic fiber layer 22, and a ceramic matrix covering the supporting member; the strand-to-strand density of an outermost layer ceramic fiber layer 222 of the fluid flow-rectification member 10A is higher than the strand-to-strand density of an inner layer ceramic fiber layer 223 which is an inner layer of the outermost layer ceramic fiber layer 222; thereby, the strength of the surface of the fluid flow-rectification member 10A can be increased; and further, since the strand 21 is constructed by bundling unit ceramic fibers, by varying the number of unit ceramic fibers to be bundled, to adjust the outer diameter and strength of the strand 21, and the strand-to-strand density can be easily made higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
