PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film that forms an optical anisotropic molten phase with which a substrate layer and adhesion films can be integrated by thermal adhesion without using an adhesive, a multilayer substrate circuit formed of the thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film includes adhesion surfaces formed by performing softening treatment on the surfaces of the thermoplastic liquid crystal polymer film, and the surface hardness of the adhesion surfaces measured by nanoindentation method is in a range of from 0.01 to 0.1 GPa.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
