摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature heat recovery system capable of running under rated operations early in a two-phase flow turbine and a generator from beginning of an operation of an engine, and retaining the rated operations of the two-phase flow turbine and the generator.SOLUTION: A low temperature heat recovery system comprises: a specific hydraulic mechanism 9; and a specific organic medium low temperature heat recovery mechanism. The system is provided with a thermometer 31 for measuring a temperature of an organic medium, in a normal transfer line 14 of the organic medium from a first heat exchanger 3 to a two-phase flow nozzle 51. The temperature of the organic medium measured by the thermometer 31 is transferred to a control unit 19. The control unit 19 determines a saturation pressure Pa corresponding to the measured temperature, controls a rotating speed of a circulation pump 10 so that the organic medium is retained in a liquid phase on the basis of the saturation pressure Pa by the specific organic medium low temperature heat recovery mechanism, and further controls a waste heat gas temperature at an inlet of the first heat exchanger 3 so that the measured temperature is retained within a startable temperature range of a two-phase flow turbine 52 by the specific hydraulic mechanism 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
