The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a color coated steel sheet by using a roll flow coater. An object of the present invention is to allow color paint to be applied onto a steel sheet through a roll flow coater rather than being applied onto the steel sheet directly from a slot die coater, thereby improving coating quality of a multi-color coated steel sheet, preventing color mixture from occurring in a color boundary surface, and increasing lifespan of the slot die coater. For this purpose, according to the present invention, provided is the apparatus for manufacturing a color coated steel sheet by using a roll flow coater, the apparatus comprising: a pre-treatment part (20) which degreasing a steel sheet; a chemical conversion treatment part (30) which coats the preprocessed steel sheet with chrome; an under-coating part (50) which under-coats the chemically converted steel sheet; a top oven (70) which dries the under-coated steel sheet; a roll flow coating part (80) which applies multi-color paint onto the under-coated steel sheet; a top oven (100) which dries the color paint-coated steel sheet; and a post-treatment unit (110) which post-treats the top-coated steel sheet; wherein the roll flow coating part (80) comprises a slot die coater (81) configured to feed multi-color paint, a roll flow coater (82) configured to apply multi-color paint, discharged from the slot die coater (81), onto the steel sheet, and a backup roll (83) configured to support the roll flow coater (82). |
