The present invention relates to a hangover prevention candy and a manufacturing method thereof, the method comprising the steps of; preparing a propolis extract with the total flavonoid content of 1 to 5 wt%; freeze-drying the propolis extract in vacuum for 24 to 48 hours, and filtering the propolis extract with a fine mesh; washing and freeze-drying blackberry fruits in vacuum for 24 to 48 hours, and filtering the blackberry fruits with a fine mesh; and mixing the propolis powder completing the above step of 5 to 15 wt%, milk thistle of 1 to 5 wt%, the blackberry powder of 1 to 5 wt%, glucose of 50 to 60 wt%, vitamin-C of 5 to 10 wt%, xylitol of 5 to 15 wt%, maltodextrin of 5 to 10 wt%, star anise of 1 to 5 wt%, kiwi powder of 1 to 5 wt%, and stearic magnesium of 1 to 5 wt%. According to the present invention, since a candy is manufactured by mixing a predetermined amount of water soluble propolis containing flavonoid, milk thistle, blackberry, vitamin-C, and glucose with xylitol having an effect of making mouse fresh and preventing teeth from being decayed at a proper ratio, hangover of a drunker is prevented and aids for health are provided, and thereby marketability is increased. |
