1. A solar cell module comprising:
a solar cell in which a collecting electrode is formed on at least one of a light receiving surface and a back surface; and a resin sealing layer positioned over the collecting electrode, wherein the solar cell comprises a transparent conductive layer the collecting electrode comprises:
a primary conductive layer formed on the transparent conductive layer, the primary conductive layer comprising copper, andan overcoat layer covering an upper surface side of the primary conductive layer the collecting electrode is formed between insulating coating layers formed on the transparent conductive layer, and the collecting electrode is thinner than the coating layers on both sides of the collecting electrode, and the sealing layer covers a depression formed by an upper surface of the overcoat layer and side surfaces of the coating layers on both sides of the collecting electrode.
