PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifier circuit, using a MOS transistor as its rectifier element, applicable for a primary rectifier part of a power supply.SOLUTION: A rectification circuit 1 includes: an npn-type bipolar transistor Q2, the base of which is connected between the collector of a bipolar transistor Q1 and a resistor R2 through a resistor R3, the collector of which is connected to a positive side output of a smoothing circuit 2 through resistors R4 and R5, and the emitter of which is connected to the other end, deemed as a negative side, of an AC power supply V1; and a p-type MOS transistor M1, the drain of which is connected to one end, deemed as a positive side, of the AC power supply V1 through a resistor R6, the source of which is connected to the positive side output of the smoothing circuit 2, and the gate of which is connected between the resistors R4 and R5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
