PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power demand estimation method, a server device, and a power demand estimation system that can improve the estimation accuracy of power demand.SOLUTION: A power demand estimation method executed by a server device 110 capable of communicating with a user's terminal device 140 includes: an acquisition step of acquiring information on the position of the terminal device 140 from the terminal device 140; identification step of identifying a position where the terminal device 140 can be situated at prescribed time on the basis of the information on the position acquired in the acquisition step; a determination step of determining whether or not the position of the terminal device 140 identified in the identification step accords with the position of a user facility of the user; and an estimation step of estimating the power demand of the user facility on the basis of a result determined in the determination step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
