PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress fluctuation of output voltage Vat the time of regulator switching.SOLUTION: A linear regulator 200 and a switching regulator 300 stabilize an output voltage Vof an output line 104 at an enable state. An error amplifier EA2 amplifies an error between a reference voltage Vand a feedback signal V, and outputs an error signal V. A controller 402 inserts an overlap period at switching from the linear regulator 200 to the switching regulator 300, and during the overlap period, the controller maintains the enable state of the linear regulator 200, causes the error amplifier EA2 to the enable state, causes a switch SW1 to on state, and halts switching of a switching transistor M2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
