PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power generation system that maintains high electric power generation efficiency by continuously generating electric power even if an electric power system in cooperation has a power failure.SOLUTION: An electric power generation system 1 according to the present invention comprises an electric power generation device 2, a converter 3 which converts AC electric power generated by the electric power generation device 2 into DC electric power, and a cooperation type inverter 4 which converts the DC electric power converted by the converter 3 into AC electric power capable of being cooperative with the system, comprises a load output part 12 which supplies DC or AC electric power to a load from between the converter 3 and cooperation type inverter 4, and further comprises a first battery 30 and a second battery 32 connected to the first battery 30 in series and having a lower rated voltage than the first battery 30. When a voltage of DC wiring connecting the converter 3 and load output part 12 is larger than a fourth switching threshold, the first battery 30 and second battery 32 are connected to the DC wiring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
