FIELD: materials handling facilities; auger conveyors. ^ SUBSTANCE: auger of vertical conveyor is provided with single-start spiral and is enclosed in case. Auger has detachable end piece in its lower part with two spirals, one of spirals being turned over entire length of end piece. Auger and its end piece are made for butt joining of spiral with spiral of said auger.
