<p>PURPOSE: To bake a food piece brown or crispy by forming a sheet with the backing paper and a microwave sensitive heating agent, forming the sheet into a plurality of partitions at horizontal intervals, and directly conducting the heat to a surface of the food piece from the sheet when the sheet is exposed to the microwave energy. CONSTITUTION: A laminate 18 comprises an inner paper sheet 20 facing the food, an outer paper sheet 22 and a plastic sheet 24, and the sheet 24 is coated with a semiconductive metallic coating 26. The laminate 18 comprises a plurality of vertically extended longitudinal pleats 28, and the layers of the longitudinal pleats part form the parallel longitudinal independent partitions 30. The upper laminate 18 is laminated on a lower sheet 18a having the same composition. The food pieces 34 are placed in parallel in the boxes defined by the partitions 30 on a stack of the trays 32 formed by the adhered laminates 18, 18a. The food pieces 34 are exposed to the sheets 18-18a reactable to the microwave, to be burnt brown, baked brown or baked crispy.</p> |
