PURPOSE:To achieve stable starting by controlling a pulse signal, which is applied at the time of starting a step motor for driving a control valve such as a throttle valve, to a duty ratio necessary for actuating the motor, and performing the starting thereof after a predetermined time. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve shaft 1 is turned in the fully-opening direction of a throttle valve 6 through a wire 4 and a throttle drum 3 by step-in action of an accelerator pedal while, for eliminating a slip condition of a vehicle, turned in the fully-closing direction through a train of gears 13, 10, 7 by actuating a step motor 12 controlled by a control part. Now when the step motor 12 is started from its stop condition, a pulse signal, output to a step motor driving circuit, is variably controlled from duty ratio necessary for holding the step motor 12 in the stop condition to duty ratio necessary for actuating the step motor so as to drive the step motor 12 after a predetermined time. |
