<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out a high speed image printing wherein image quality is high and uniform on both sides of a recording medium which is smooth on front and rear and has a symmetrical structure on the front and the rear by using an ink jet recorder capable of printing both sides. <P>SOLUTION: The recording material Pa has a smoothness below an unevenness of base material provided by applying particular material to front and rear faces of the base material and further has almost symmetrical structure on the front and the rear. The ink jet recorder for carrying out image printing on the recording medium Pa has a housing portion for housing the recording medium Pa; an image printing portion comprising an ink jet recording head 70 for jetting recording liquid on demand in a frequency of several k-40 kHz per one nozzle, wherein nozzles have a sectional area of thousands-tens of thousands pieces in 400-3200 dpi arranging density being 10-600 μm<SP>2</SP>and are extended so as to cover the recording medium; a conveying route 93 for conveying again to the imaging part in order to image the rear surface after imaging the front surface of the recording medium Pa; and a temporary receiving tray 94 which makes the image printing possible so that top and bottom relations of the images on the front and the bottom of the recording medium conform to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
