A device for the separate storage of medicine components and the ultimate mixture of a fluid with a second fluid or solid component uses two ampoules, each with a piercable membrane at the head, a piston and a holder. After removal of a safety element one ampoule can be pushed forward to pierce both membranes. A further advance transfers the first liquid component from the first to the second ampoule. ADVANTAGE - This is a low-cost solution and is a reliable transportation without risk of premature mixing.
