PURPOSE:To prevent water splashed by a front wheel from entering the interior of a transmission case from an exhaust port without changing the structure of a transmission cover. CONSTITUTION:A louver cap 17 having elasticity is installed in an exhaust port 15 opened downward in the transmission cover 6 of a transmission case 5. Thus, a louver portion 18 formed on the louver cap 17 covers the outlet portion 16 of the exhaust port 15 to prevent splashed water from entering the interior of the transmission case 5 from the exhaust port 15.
